You know you have Hypermobility Syndrome (HMS) or Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) when…. by Hannah Ensor

This is more like a little light relief than a “serious” book, and is an entertaining read illustrated with Hannah’s amazing stick figures. Explains a lot of our issues in a humorous and easy to understand style. My daughter loves it and often reads it when she needs a giggle. Cheap and cheerful and a nice introduction to EDS, especially for children.

I also love her website Stickman Communications which is full of wonderful products for people who have EDS, POTS, CFS, and a whole host of other conditions, and also for neurodivergent people.
