21 Day Anxiety Challenge.

I’m struggling a little with anxiety these days. Nothing major but enough to make me really cranky. So when I spotted this “21 Day Anxiety Challenge ” I thought I’d try it out.

Normally for something like this I’d wait to start it on the first day of the next month. But I’m going to break with that habit and start it tomorrow. And hopefully write a blog for each day and see how I got on. Something to k ep me busy until the start of The Christmas at least.


  1. I’ve only just started to drink more water. Essential oils are a must for me. I’m trying to eradicate all the toxic house cleaning stuff so that cleaning becomes a therapeutic experience, rather than a migraine inducing chore. There are some very good tips here and making a few small changes can make a big difference to anxiety. Good luck.
